  • From Parents/Guardians: We collect information about riders under 13 only when provided directly by a parent or legal guardian during registration.

  • Automated Technologies: We use cookies to improve website performance. We do not use behavioral tracking for users known to be under 13.

  • Identifying Information: Name, email, and contact details.

  • Rider-Specific Data: For program safety and eligibility, we may collect age, physical requirements, and equipment needs.

  • Financial Data: Processed via secure third-party vendors for donations or fees.

3. Notice Regarding Children’s Privacy

In accordance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

  • Parental Consent: All information regarding a minor must be submitted by a parent or guardian. By submitting an application for a rider under 13, you represent that you are the legal guardian and consent to our processing of this data.

  • Data Minimization: We only collect the information necessary for the child to participate in AbleBodied programs.

  • Parental Rights: Parents may review their child’s information, request its deletion, or refuse further collection by Contacting Us.

We use this data to run our programs and coordinate events.
